Truelogic is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to scale a rapidly growing fintech platform. You will design and operate cloud infrastructure, improve reliability, and advance deployment tooling. Own AWS and Kubernetes environments, tune PostgreSQL performance, and strengthen security in a SOC 2‑aligned setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Infra Engineering.
• Deep AWS experience in production
• Strong Kubernetes design and scaling experience
• Proven track record of scaling high-availability systems
• PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and scaling
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or similar
• CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling
• Security of cloud, network and apps, with regulated data handling

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Design, operate and scale Kubernetes-based production environments.
• Improve reliability, availability and performance as workloads grow.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment tooling.
• Partner with backend and data engineers on PostgreSQL performance and backups.
• Strengthen infrastructure security and access controls for sensitive data.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively improve scalability and resilience.
• Define infra and ops standards as the org scales.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
