Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support secure cloud and DevOps platforms across Azure and GCP. You will own JFrog Artifactory, Xray, and Curation, and drive platform modernization, security remediation, and developer productivity across the organization.

You will enable enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, GitOps, and automation, while ensuring HIPAA, SOC2, and regulatory compliance. Remote-possible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
• 5+ years hands-on DevOps experience.
• Designing and supporting cloud infra on Azure and GCP.
• Strong IaC with Terraform.
• Experience building CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness and GitOps.
• Hands-on Kubernetes with AKS, GKE, OpenShift.
• Administering enterprise DevOps platforms (JFrog, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly).
• Software supply chain security and vulnerability remediation.
• Linux/Windows admin skills; strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infra on Azure and GCP.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness; apply GitOps.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Own and administer JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation; Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly.
• Support Humana Military and enterprise teams for software supply chain security and governance.
• Implement vulnerability management and secure software delivery practices.
• Develop feature flags and progressive delivery with LaunchDarkly.
• Automate and provide self-service using PowerShell, Bash, Python; explore AI-assisted tooling.
• Ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance across platforms; monitor reliability and security.
• Provide L3 support, incident response, and on-call coverage for platform services.
• Create standards and reusable templates; enable developers; participate in Agile delivery.
