Job summary

Humana seeks a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, compliant cloud and DevOps platforms across Azure and GCP. You will own JFrog Artifactory, Argo CD, SonarQube, and LaunchDarkly, enabling enterprise-scale software delivery with modern CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.

You will build automation, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide L3 support while driving platform modernization and developer productivity across Humana and Humana Military

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform.
• Hands-on Kubernetes administration (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Experience administering enterprise DevOps platforms including JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly.
• Experience enabling software supply chain security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness, and GitOps practices.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
• Own and administer enterprise DevOps platforms including JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, and LaunchDarkly.
• Support Humana Military and enterprise teams with software supply chain security and governance.
• Implement vulnerability management, dependency governance, and secure software delivery practices.
• Design and support feature flags with LaunchDarkly and progressive delivery.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python; leverage AI-assisted tooling.
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC2, and regulatory compliance across platforms.
• Configure build agents and runners across Linux/Windows and GitHub Runner environments; provide L3 support.
• Create standards, templates, and developer enablement resources; participate in Agile delivery.
