Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, build, and support secure cloud and DevOps platforms across Azure and GCP. You will enable enterprise-scale software delivery with modern CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, GitOps, automation, and developer self-service capabilities.

You will own the JFrog Artifactory/Xray/Curation ecosystem and drive platform modernization, security governance, and reliable platform services while ensuring HIPAA and SOC2 compliance across DevOps

Qualifications

7+ years in IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or operations.
5+ years hands-on DevOps experience.
Experience designing cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
Strong IaC with Terraform.
Experience building CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness.
Hands-on with Kubernetes (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
Experience with enterprise DevOps platforms (JFrog Artifactory/Xray/Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly).
Security, governance, and compliant software delivery practices.
Linux/Unix and Windows administration; scripting in PowerShell/Bash/Python.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
Deploy and manage Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE, OpenShift).
Own and administer enterprise DevOps platforms: JFrog Artifactory, Xray, Curation, Argo CD, SonarQube, LaunchDarkly.
Support software supply chain security, vulnerability remediation, and governance.
Implement feature flags and progressive delivery with LaunchDarkly.
Automate and provide self-service capabilities with PowerShell, Bash, Python.
Ensure HIPAA, SOC2 compliance across platforms and processes.
Provide L3 support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and on-call coverage.
