Job summary

AGFA HealthCare is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, build, and operate tooling and automation for our software delivery lifecycle. You will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployment, infrastructure automation, observability, and security automation while mentoring engineers.

The role requires collaboration with DevOps, Architecture, Development, Security, Managed Services, and Services teams to enhance deployment workflows, reproducibility, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps/platform engineering or software delivery automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Knowledge of GitOps concepts and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security automation in pipelines.
• Experience with observability tools (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting).
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Support cloud-native deployment, infrastructure automation, and IaC practices.
• Improve observability, reliability, and operational feedback loops.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD and automate vulnerability checks.
• Promote AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure platform operability and scalability.
