Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to support Space Force mission readiness. The role covers Linux system administration, OpenShift clustering, and IaC with Puppet/Ansible/Terraform across on-prem environments.

You will design, automate, secure, and document platforms, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical systems. TS/SCI clearance and 10+ years in IT/engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years IT/engineering with 3+ years DevOps/Platform Engineering.
• Expert Linux administration (RedHat).
• Deployment of OpenShift/Kubernetes on-premise.
• Scripting in Python/Bash; IaC with Puppet/Ansible/Terraform.
• Strong communication and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy hardware platforms with OpenShift clusters and single-application servers.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration (Puppet, Ansible).
• Enforce infrastructure security best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support program reviews.
• Lead and support cross-functional team activities.
• Mentor junior engineers.
