Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer (DevSecOps) to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications and a Digital Twin environment.

You will enable a multidisciplinary team to meet mission-critical needs, working with RF hardware engineers and system designers in an agile setting. The role requires extensive cloud/infrastructure engineering experience, hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes, and strong IaC skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• BS/BA plus 5 years of experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, AWS, GCP or Rancher.
• Terraform skills with infrastructure as code.
• Production Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift/Rancher).
• Containers (Docker/Podman) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins).
• Scripting/programming abilities and GitOps (ArgoCD).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IaC using Terraform or similar tools.
• Build, optimize, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or Jenkins).
• Build and maintain automation via scripts and other tools.
• Configure security controls across cloud environments.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and databases across clouds.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate testing into pipelines.
• Enforce security best practices for systems and data privacy.
• Provision OpenShift/Kubernetes environments across security domains.
• Conduct trade studies for open-source, commercial, or government solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to scale platforms and meet integration needs.
• Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and secure solutions.
