Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager based in Nutley, NJ. You will lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain highly scalable systems, focusing on automation, IaC, and end-to-end software delivery.

This role oversees production support for Ralph Lauren websites globally, including NA, Europe and APAC, and collaborates with Global Digital teams in Agile environments. Successful candidates will drive incident management, operational excellence, and documentation

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years hands-on experience in development, QA or infrastructure.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and IBM Sterling OMS.
React JS experience preferred.
Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD tooling experience.
Knowledge of ecommerce business models and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable systems.
Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle with a focus on automation and IaC.
Manage production support for Ralph Lauren websites globally (NA, Europe, APAC).
Coordinate with developers, release managers, and service desk to facilitate releases.
Produce weekly metrics on health, SLAs and KPIs; escalate incidents as needed.
