Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Nutley, NJ is seeking a Senior DevOps Manager to lead a team delivering automated, scalable systems and end-to-end software delivery. You will champion IaC practices, production support, and a culture of continuous improvement across global e-commerce platforms.

You will collaborate with Global Digital teams, manage production incidents, and drive operational excellence while aligning with security and project processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8-10 years hands on technical experience in development, software quality assurance or infrastructure environments.
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) and IBM Sterling OMS, React JS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the ecommerce business model (Fulfillment/Shipping, Customer Service, UX).
• AI & Machine Learning experience.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Pipelines).
• Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams at different levels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multi-client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact and issue ownership for operational support status of all global ecommerce sites.
• Log, track and communicate effectively with e-Commerce development teams, business partners, and IT partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve and report on root-cause.
• Lead team to triage and elevate issues to third level support as appropriate.
• Work closely with developers, release managers, and first-level service desk support team to facilitate acceptance and release of new systems and features.
• Produce scheduled reports on the health status of assigned applications and services; draft remedial action plans.
• Report on weekly metrics to track adherence to SLAs and KPIs for support processes and system availability.
• Provide incident management escalation and communication for all production support incidents.
• Create/maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolution.
