Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in development, QA or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and IBM Sterling OMS; React JS preferred.
• Strong familiarity with version control (Git/Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, pipelines).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to partner with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers for design, build, and maintenance of scalable automated systems.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery lifecycle with emphasis on automation and IaC.
• Manage production support across global ecommerce sites; incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate releases with developers, release managers, and service desk; ensure smooth deployments.
• Produce health reports and action plans; monitor SLAs and KPIs; maintain documentation.
