Job summary

Smartcat is seeking a seasoned Head of DevOps and SRE to guide our global infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalable systems, and robust CI/CD workflows across regions. You will shape deployment strategies, implement IaC best practices, and drive metrics-driven decisions to reduce release risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading DevOps/SRE in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Experience with secure development environments and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps and Infrastructure teams across regions and time zones.
• Ensure 99.9% staging uptime, 99.99% product availability.
• Define and enforce SRE/DevOps practices and CI/CD standards.
• Drive release quality with rigorous testing and reviews.
