Job summary

Venatôre is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen software delivery through automation and collaboration between development and operations. This full-time, on-site role requires a current TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

You will configure CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC/Helm charts for OpenShift, and enhance observability, security, and incident response in a mission-focused environment. The position is based in Springfield, VA or St.

Qualifications

• Current and active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 6+ years of directly related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple web applications.
• Develop IaC and Helm charts for OpenShift environments.
• Implement automated testing and security scanning throughout deployment workflows.
• Deploy applications across development, staging, and production environments.
• Support GitOps-style operations management using ArgoCD.
• Develop automation to improve delivery speed and reliability.
