Job summary

Venatôre is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen CI/CD, infrastructure, and security in a classified environment. The role requires bridging development and operations, improving observability, and supporting resilient enterprise systems in an SCIF.

The engineer will manage deployments, container orchestration, and secure configurations across OpenShift/Kubernetes, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure, onsite in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required; CI Polygraph preferred.
• Six years of directly related professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with additional IT experience.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines across multiple web apps.
• Develop and deploy Helm charts for OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Implement automated testing and security validation in delivery workflows.
• Manage deployment across dev, staging, and production environments.
• Support GitOps-based deployment with ArgoCD and related tooling.
• Improve observability, incident response, and recovery processes.
• Document system architecture and operational procedures.
