Job summary
lululemon Engineering is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead production deployments and drive reliability across a global team. You will mentor engineers and work within Agile DevOps practices to deliver secure, scalable software for our guests and partners.
You’ll be part of a hybrid team with on-site collaboration and on-call rotation requirements, contributing to production readiness and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and cloud-native technologies in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead production deployments as part of an Agile release team.
- Provide on-call support for production systems and incident response.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to system reliability and performance.
