Job summary
lululemon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development and operations across pre-production to production environments. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with our Technology Manager, and contribute to Agile release processes while owning production stability and incident response.
The role requires 6–8 years of DevOps-focused experience, strong Kubernetes (EKS) skills, and expertise in CI/CD using GitLab.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/SE preferred; substantial relevant experience also eligible.
- 6–8 years of experience in software engineering / DevOps roles.
- Proven DevOps experience with focus areas: Security, Build Automation, EKS, or Kafka.
- Strong GitLab CI/CD and automation tooling experience.
- Solid Kubernetes/EKS skills and containerization know-how.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and operations across pre-production to production environments.
- Mentor engineers and guide day-to-day workflows within the team.
- Collaborate with Technology Manager and partners to deliver solutions.
- Contribute to Agile release processes and participate in on-call support.
- Maintain deep understanding of production health and incident response.
