Job summary

Fundraise Up is hiring a senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote Georgia-based team. You will own platform areas end-to-end, focusing on observability or CI/CD, and mentor others while ensuring reliability at scale.

You will work on on-call rotations, drive initiatives from requirements to production, and push for automated, scalable solutions across our modern stack including Node.js, MongoDB, React/Vue, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong Linux (Ubuntu) expertise.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Production on-call experience and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform areas end-to-end (observability or CI/CD).
• Drive initiatives from design to production deployment.
• Define requirements and architecture for reliability and scale.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Automate repetitive toil and improve developer tooling.
• Respond to production incidents and lead post‑mortems.
