Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to modernize and scale the infrastructure powering our compliance SaaS platform and AI-enabled products. This role sits within the Infrastructure Platform team and will own Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise CI/CD, and cloud automation.

You’ll champion security, observability, and IaC with Terraform and AWS CDK, design scalable pipelines, and drive automation across development, staging, and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Deep experience operating production workloads in AWS.
• Hands-on with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions at enterprise scale.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Strong cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and least-privilege design.
• Experience integrating SAST and DAST into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience embedding automated testing into deployment workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and systems-thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Modernize Azure DevOps pipelines for Foley’s .NET SaaS platform to improve reliability and speed.
• Design and implement GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions workflows for scalable AI-native product teams.
• Drive pipeline-as-code adoption and enforce deployment best practices across environments.
• Integrate observability, quality gates, and testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Implement and manage security tooling and deployment gate standards.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve security posture through automation.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Develop reusable IaC patterns for SaaS and AI workloads.
• Improve platform reliability and operational efficiency through automation.
• Contribute to long-term platform architecture decisions.
