Job summary

Automation Anywhere is seeking a DevOps Staff Engineer to lead and grow the DevOps function, hands-on and strategic. You’ll guide CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure reliability, and security, while partnering with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure rapid, robust software delivery.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Engineering, is hybrid with onsite work in San Jose, CA, and may consider other US locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infra engineering.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tooling, especially Jenkins.
• Proficient scripting and IaC with Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, set goals, and drive improvements.
• Oversee build/release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment reliability.
• Guide tooling decisions, automation strategies, and architecture.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to align delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and speed delivery.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across DevOps solutions.
