Columbia, MD-based Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the lifecycle of platform design, deployment, and debugging for modern mission applications. You will lead release pipelines, automate deployments, and drive best practices across CI/CD and configuration management tools.

The role requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility, with strong emphasis on collaboration, security, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent with Git and Linux environments.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins/Bamboo for automated deployment and release management.
• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with performance monitoring, security practices, and PCI compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to bridge stakeholders and developers.

Responsibilities

• Support development life cycle for platform design, deployment, and debugging.
• Build and maintain release pipelines for safe, fast production delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate with multiple teams across projects.
• Automate deployments across dev, test, staging, and production environments.
• Set up sites and applications via Puppet and Ansible; manage CM tools (Confluence/Jira).
• Architect and optimize CI/CD tooling and infrastructure automation.
