Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a DevOps Software Engineer II to own deployment automation, cloud infrastructure, and production support across the software lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines software engineering with operational ownership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 14 years (or 4 years extra) of SWE experience are expected.

Qualifications

• On-call support experience for production systems.
• Must have an active polygraph within the last 5 years.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying software changes.
• Experience with enhanced infrastructure security protocols.
• Ability to identify manual processes suitable for automation.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable automation that runs in CI and local environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to align automation with releases.
• Automate code integration, testing, and deployment to production securely.
• Provision and manage environments using automation tools.
• Configure logging, monitoring, and alerts for production issues.
• Manage containerized applications for scalable deployment.
• Work with infrastructure teams to streamline processes.
• Debug existing software and fix defects.
• Suggest improvements to documentation and processes.
