Job summary

Synergy ECP, located in Columbia, Maryland, is in search of an experienced DevOps / Systems Engineer. This position involves supporting the design, integration, deployment, and automation of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure automation and scripting.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts.
• Experience with automating Linux server configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration, and deployment of systems.
• Ensure reliable system performance across environments.
• Automate processes for systems integration and operations.

Skills

Linux scripting and command line operations

Scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Infrastructure automation using Ansible

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Collaborative team environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
