Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer - Federal Customer to design, deploy, and secure enterprise infrastructure in Chantilly, VA. The role requires TS/SCI and on-site work five days a week, with responsibility for the full stack including Kubernetes, OpenShift, IdM, DNS, OCP, OAuth, and data services.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps experience with Kubernetes and containerized apps.
• Strong security, authentication, and access control knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Fluency in scripting languages and automation tooling.
• TS/SCI eligibility with ability to maintain access.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and secure platform infrastructure.
• Automate deployment and configuration of OS, apps, and components.
• Manage DNS, IdM, OCP, OAUTH, DHCP, S3, NFS, and application stack.
• Lead secure, scalable kubernetes environments and tooling.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project management.
