Job summary

TheIncLab is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen the Infrastructure Team in a hybrid US environment. You will own CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and SRE practices to boost uptime, performance, and observability across environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, hands-on AWS, Kubernetes expertise, and strong automation skills with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab. U.S. citizenship or clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
Hands-on proficiency with AWS services and IaC tooling.
Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible.
Strong Linux administration skills and Windows administration basics.
Proven ability to automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and QA to create reliable deployment paths from local dev to production.
Manage self-hosted GitLab instances and ensure secure, performant operation.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and maintenance using Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
Implement infrastructure-as-code across AWS, Kubernetes, and bare-metal.
Design monitoring, alerting, and observability systems for high availability.
