iManage is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to scale our Kubernetes-based cloud platform and lead large-scale infrastructure migrations. You will drive observability, change management, and CI/CD modernization while partnering with product and SRE teams to standardize practices. A passion for mentoring and automation is essential.

The role emphasizes resilience, security by default, and a beginner mindset when rethinking technical decisions to support our rapidly growing cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles, with a track record of leading technical initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of large-scale development infrastructure for dozens of engineering teams.
• Eliminate toil through automation and software development, mentoring other engineers.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines; transition from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and define branch protection, environment promotion, and rollback standards.
• Partner with application teams, SRE, and stakeholders to unblock delivery and standardize practices.
• Support a cloud-native platform that is resilient, cost-effective, and secure by default.
• Serve as escalation point for pipeline and platform triage across globally distributed teams.
