Job summary

NICE in the United States is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to join a hybrid engineering team. You will fuse operational reliability with software delivery automation, supporting production environments and designing CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate across engineering, platform, and operations, implementing IaC, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-paced, high-availability setting. The role offers opportunities to work with AWS, containers, and automation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of combined DevOps, cloud operations, or production support experience in high-availability environments.
Demonstrated experience working as a contributor on a software engineering or platform team.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, quality-delivered software.
Manage Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Oversee day-to-day release pipelines, build tools, artifact repositories, and source control.
Coordinate releases with engineering, QA, product, and other stakeholders.
Identify new technologies to improve DevOps processes and team efficiency.
Maintain DevOps systems in production and non-production environments.
