o9 Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer II to own deployment pipelines and infrastructure for our AI-first platform. You will design, implement, and automate CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform while ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a deployment/DevOps role (or 7+ years with a Bachelor’s degree)
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP or Kubernetes are preferred
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and related automation tools
• MS SQL or MongoDB administration experience
• Linux and Windows operating systems familiarity

Responsibilities

• Design and implement deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, Puppet, or similar to automate building, testing, and deployment processes
• Manage and maintain the infrastructure for deployment pipelines, including servers, databases, load balancers, and other resources
• Monitor the performance of applications deployed in production environments and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain security and compliance of deployment processes, including SSL, firewalls, and intrusion detection
• Collaborate with developers to align deployment with the development process
• Continuously improve deployment processes through automation and efficiency gains
• Provide support to customers and end-users for deployed applications
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment of software
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 platform support
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones
