Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a global team and oversee deployment and operations of the o9 platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The role focuses on building automation, enhancing release processes, and delivering reliable cloud services.

You will hire and grow DevOps talent, manage change/configuration/release management, and collaborate with customers to optimize deployment and support. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Management experience: 6+ years leading high performing DevOps teams.
• 5-15 years in a DevOps role including CI/CD tooling and performance tuning.
• 3 years Docker experience, 2 years Kubernetes experience.
• Monitoring stack experience: ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations.
• Lead global DevOps team, assign and monitor tasks, ensure quality and efficiency.
• Hire and grow DevOps talent.
• Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage deployment, maintenance and support.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.
• Develop and deploy automation for platform deployments.
• Analyze and approve code and configuration changes.
