Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead a global team responsible for deployment, operations, and automation of the o9 platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will hire and grow DevOps talent, drive CI/CD practices, monitor systems with ELK/Prometheus/Datadog, and collaborate with customers to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing support. Strong leadership and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of management experience building and leading DevOps teams.
• 5–15 years of DevOps experience including CI/CD tooling.
• 3 years with Docker or similar; 2 years with Kubernetes or similar.
• Experience with monitoring stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and operations.
• Lead a global DevOps team across time zones.
• Hire and grow DevOps talent.
• Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to manage deployments, maintenance and support.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.
• Develop and deploy automation for deployments.
• Review and approve code and configuration changes.
