o9 Solutions in Dallas seeks a seasoned DevOps Manager to lead a global DevOps team, oversee deployment, maintenance and automation of the o9 platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will drive change management, release and configuration management, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.

The role requires 6+ years in DevOps leadership, 5–15 years in DevOps, strong Docker/Kubernetes, and experience with monitoring stacks. A Bachelor's is required; Master’s preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred
• Management experience: 6+ years of experience building and leading high performing diverse teams either as DevOps manager or Software Development Manager.
• 5-15 years of experience in a Dev Ops role, performance tuning, application upgrades, patches, supporting CI/CD tooling
• 3 years of experience with Dockers or similar, 2 years with Kubernetes or similar
• Working experience monitoring tool/stack (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelic)

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations.
• Manage global DevOps team, assigning and monitoring work tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained.
• Hire and grow DevOps talent.
• Lead, plan, build, configure, test, and deploy DevOps solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to manage o9 platform deployment, maintenance and support needs.
• Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.
• Develop and deploy best in class automation to efficiently manage o9 platform deployments.
• Analyze and approve code and configuration changes.
