Job summary

Ryan is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to architect and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and on-prem. The role blends software development, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering to accelerate secure software delivery at scale.

You will build the Internal Developer Portal, drive self-service templates, and integrate CI/CD with identity management and observability platforms, improving onboarding and developer productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software/DevOps experience.
• Shifts from software development to cloud infra and automation.
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Deep Java and/or Node.js development experience.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure knowledge including networking/serverless.
• Advanced Terraform and IaC principles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Windows Server and SQL Server knowledge (Availability Groups).
• Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Security-focused software delivery and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, Node.js.
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS/Azure.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates.
• Create reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries.
• Improve build performance, reliability, and observability.
• Design cloud infrastructure using IaC with Terraform; ensure governance.
• Maintain secure, scalable networking and cloud patterns.
• Lead evaluations of new tools and automation processes.
