Job summary

PTC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for a SaaS platform. You will work with software engineers, cloud operations, and security to ensure reliability at scale.

The role emphasizes AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and strong automation. Hybrid work with 3 days in San Mateo, CA, and collaboration across distributed teams will be key.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering or similar fields.
• Proven experience supporting production cloud environments at scale.
• Experience in Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Improve observability with logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Collaborate with security and platform teams to ensure reliability.
