Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own GitHub Enterprise administration, IaC design with Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines on Azure. You will integrate with Entra ID, manage secrets, and optimize deployment architectures for scalable software delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on governance, platform engineering, and collaboration with cloud, security, and development teams to enable AI-assisted development safely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
• Experience administering GitHub Enterprise in a multi-team environment.
• Experience designing and supporting production CI/CD pipelines with IaC (Terraform).
• Experience integrating source control with enterprise identity providers (SSO/SCIM).

Responsibilities

• Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud at org/enterprise level; manage mappings and governance.
• Design and codify platform infra as Terraform modules; manage secrets and identities.
• Build and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows and pipelines, across teams.
• Lead migrations or coexistence strategies between Azure DevOps and GitHub; troubleshoot pipelines.
