Job summary

NFCU is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud & GitHub Platform Engineer to design, implement, secure, automate, and support enterprise cloud platforms and CI/CD ecosystems. You will lead Azure infrastructure, IAM, Kubernetes, and GitHub governance, enabling secure software delivery and scalable developer platforms.

The role focuses on cloud platform architecture, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and enterprise engineering standards across multiple teams to improve reliability and deployment velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 7+ years in Cloud/Platform/DevOps or SRE roles.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Azure cloud platform services and workloads.
• Administer AKS clusters, upgrades, ingress, autoscaling, and networking.
• Implement IAM solutions including Entra ID, RBAC, and PIM.
• Automate GitHub Enterprise administration: orgs, teams, repos, policies.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners.
• Establish DevSecOps controls and software supply chain security.
• Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams.
