The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience with enterprise development platforms, hands-on GitHub Actions expertise, self-hosted runners, and scripting in Python or Java to automate operations and secure scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience administering GitHub Enterprise environments.
• Hands-on GitHub Actions and enterprise GitHub administration.
• Experience managing self-hosted GitHub Actions runners in GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• Experience creating and administering GitHub Apps at enterprise level.
• Strong scripting and automation using Python or Java.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and GitHub CLI; Terraform/Ansible helpful.
• Hands-on GitHub Advanced Security tooling and DevSecOps knowledge.
• Kubernetes administration experience with kubectl, Rancher, Helm.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support GitHub Enterprise environments, ensuring platform availability, security, and operational reliability.
• Design, manage, and maintain GitHub Actions workflows supporting applications in Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Configure and manage self-hosted GitHub Actions runners within GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• Manage runner infrastructure, including scaling, secure execution environments, and workflow execution.
• Create, configure, and maintain enterprise‑level GitHub Apps and integrations.
• Develop and manage standardized and reusable GitHub workflows across development teams.
• Automate administrative and operational activities using programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Integrate enterprise processes with GitHub REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and GitHub CLI.
• Implement and support GitHub Advanced Security across repositories and environments.
• Support CI/CD implementations and platform upgrades; participate in DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives.
• Administer and maintain Kubernetes environments using kubectl, Rancher, and Helm.
