Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own GitHub Enterprise administration, Terraform-based infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines on Azure. You will manage identity integration with Entra ID, enforce governance, and secure developer workflows while advancing AI-enabled development practices.

You will collaborate with cloud, security, and software teams to deliver scalable, compliant platform tooling and automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or software engineering roles.
Experience administering GitHub Enterprise at an enterprise level.
Proven ability to design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and IaC.
Experience integrating SSO/SCIM with enterprise identity providers.
Hands-on with GitHub Actions, CodeQL, Dependabot and security tooling.
Familiarity with Kubernetes runners, OpenID Connect, and Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell for automation.

Responsibilities

Administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud at the enterprise level including org structure and permission models.
Manage identity with Entra ID, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, and EMU lifecycles.
Govern repositories with rulesets, CODEOWNERS, and branch protection.
Configure and secure GitHub Apps, PATs, and third-party connectors; enforce approvals.
Handle GitHub Advanced Security, CodeQL, secret scanning, and Dependabot alerts.
Design platform IaC in Terraform; manage runners and scaling strategies.
Implement keyless cloud auth (OIDC) and manage pipeline secrets and environments.
Develop automation scripts and AI-enabled tooling; collaborate with cloud, security, and software teams.
