Amentum is seeking a DevOps-focused software engineer to join the Hanover, MD team delivering cyber security training solutions across Maryland, Georgia, Texas, and Hawaii. You will design, build, test and deploy software for immersive learning environments and class management tools.

Qualifications

• Strong software development background with multiple languages and frameworks.
• Experience setting up and maintaining services, hosts, and networking in virtualized environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for computer-based training.
• Research and test security solutions for emerging technologies and CNE concepts.
• Develop training scenarios and course content updates with cross-functional teams.
• Advance and troubleshoot class management tools for delivery and grading.
