Job summary

Luxoft Germany in the United States is seeking a Senior DevOps Security Engineer to join a global program delivering secure, high‑frequency data services. You will harden cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust security across deployments.

You will deploy and manage Docker and Kubernetes, manage secrets with Vault, and implement monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery. Collaboration with engineering and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS security services and compliance frameworks.
• Strong experience containerizing applications with Docker.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (Amazon EKS).
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault and Privileged Access Management.
• Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using major tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience implementing automated build, test, deployment, and release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in AWS infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated and secure software delivery.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage secrets, privileged access, and artifact repositories.
• Implement security, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve platform reliability and security.
• Support cloud migrations and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
