Job summary

Mark43 is recruiting an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to scale and secure our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with Engineering and Security to maintain highly available systems and automate deployments.

You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, and internal tooling using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana. The role includes a 24/7 on-call rotation and close partnership with product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Eng, SRE, or related infrastructure-focused role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for applications.
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
• Experience with scripting or programming to automate infrastructure operations and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure.
• Leverage AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to improve infrastructure and developer workflows.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, and deployments.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity and streamline deployments.
• Partner with engineering to establish DevOps best practices and improve deployment workflows.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks and potential failures.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infrastructure.
• Own and drive infrastructure projects for long-term scalability and health of Mark43 platform.
