Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure powering a mission-critical public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and observability while enabling engineering teams to ship software efficiently.

You will work with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to ensure security, high availability, and fault tolerance. A strong sense of ownership and collaboration across Platform, Product, Security, and Tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong observability with monitoring and logging.
• Familiarity with GitOps and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Own reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve observability with monitoring and logging.
• Build internal tooling to boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
