Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the development lifecycle, architecture, deployment, and debugging for modern mission applications. You will build and automate release processes, lead agile ceremonies, and drive improvements across the stack with Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, and AWS.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI clearance and a minimum decade of engineering experience in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace) or Computer Science with extensive related experience.
• Current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Linux in DevOps/SRE environments.

Responsibilities

• Build a release pipeline for safe, fast production delivery.
• Lead an Agile team and participate in planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
• Automate deployments across development, test, staging, QA and production stacks.
• Set up configuration management with Puppet and Ansible.
• Maintain and document Confluence/Jira-based processes and infrastructure.
• Design and optimize scalable service architectures and deployments.
