Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer Team Lead to build a reliable and scalable platform that orchestrates microservices for a modernized operational system. You will drive infrastructure across AWS, implement IaC, and lead CI/CD with GitLab runners and Argo CD.

The role demands a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and a strong background in Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and cost optimization. On-site in Annapolis Junction, MD with growth opportunities and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in DevOps or related field.
• Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance required; no sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect infrastructure on AWS and modernize platforms.
• Develop IaC and scripting to automate tasks and provision services.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines with GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Manage team tasking, sprint workloads, and technical direction.
• Support on-call rotations and collaborate with stakeholders.
