Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a DevOps Engineer Team Lead to build and maintain a reliable, highly available platform orchestrating modern microservices. You will lead infrastructure design, automation, and deployment processes using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitLab/Argo CD.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI clearance, 12+ years of experience (or 10+ with a related Masters), and a strong focus on cost optimization, performance, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of professional experience or 10+ years with a related Masters.
• Extensive experience architecting infrastructure on AWS.
• Proficient in IaC, scripting, automation, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps strategy and infrastructure for a modern microservices platform.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and orchestration with GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Support on-call rotation and drive technical direction of infrastructure.
