Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to support development efforts and deployment of a critical government information system. You will work with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, manage Nexus repositories, and build Solr clusters with Zookeeper in production.

Responsibilities include automating build, test, and deployment processes, managing artifact repositories, and orchestrating infrastructure upgrades in Windows Server and AWS cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with GitLab for build and deployment workflows.
• Experience managing Nexus or similar package repos for Java.
• Windows Server administration and LDAP/Active Directory auth.
• AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Infrastructure-as-code practices and VMware environments.
• Experience with full-stack applications and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage Nexus Repository for artifact storage and dependency management.
• Build and maintain Apache Solr clusters with Zookeeper in production.
• Administer Windows Server environments and plan VMware to AWS migrations.
• Configure AWS services and collaborate with DBAs on RDS setups.
• Develop infrastructure automation and security controls for hybrid environments.
