Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seal Beach, California, seeks an experienced DevOps Developer to join our Engineering Analytics team. You will work on mission‑critical programs for U.S. government customers, applying DevSecOps practices and secure environments.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership, shaping automated deployment, testing, and configuration processes while ensuring traceability of requirements and robust security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship.
• Level 3: 3+ years related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Apply modern DevSecOps / GitOps practices (CI/CD, automated configuration/testing, containerized deployments, IaC) to streamline integration and test activities.
• Stand up, configure, and maintain secure test environments using cloud-native and virtualized resources.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration and test processes with automation, metrics and lessons learned.
• Automate, develop, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot across development, tooling, testing, deployment, configuration, and security controls.
• Review, develop, document, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.
