Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Architect to lead cloud transformation for the U.S. Infrastructure Operations team with positions in Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; or Daytona Beach, FL.

This role focuses on DevSecOps and scalable cloud patterns to modernize applications and data. You will design migration strategies, implement Cloud First initiatives, and ensure secure operating environments across multiple cloud providers, leveraging automation, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible,

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain access to SAP.
• Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 3+ years of Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
• 3+ years guiding agile teams.
• 3+ years guiding system design and requirements before production.
• 3+ years deploying web applications into multiple environments.
• 3+ years with AWS and Azure.
• 3+ years developing with Ansible or similar tools.
• 3+ years with Terraform.
• 3+ years CI/CD and release management.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments of feasibility of architecture solutions and integration.
• Define requirements, designs, and verify architecture and data systems.
• Develop migration strategies to move existing applications and workloads.
• Support policy and process documentation for design compliance.
• Develop and maintain architecture views of current and future state.
• Engage with Enterprise Architecture on standard tools and impact assessments.
• Facilitate technical discussions through all software lifecycle phases.
• Develop and enhance DevSecOps operations across cloud environments.
