Job summary

Tanium is the Autonomous IT company. As a Tanium Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, you will design and manage systems, tools, and infrastructure to enable the engineering org to deliver code to customers consistently, rapidly, safely, and reliably.

The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring in-office three days per week at Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA, and involves building scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and secure, observable platforms in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, DevOps or SRE.
• 3+ years Infra as Code with Pulumi or Terraform.
• 3+ years Docker/Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop next-generation CI/CD pipelines for Tanium products.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native microservices infrastructure.
• Improve security tooling with product security teams.
• Monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents.
• Iterate on deployment quality and velocity.
• Plan and execute major infra improvements.
