Guidehouse is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enable fast, secure software delivery across multiple applications. The role emphasizes automation, cloud-native infrastructure, and collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC tooling, and ensure robust monitoring using Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana. A strong foundation in Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud services is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or 4 years? equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 7+ years of industry DevOps experience with multiple teams.
• Experience deploying Java-based stacks and web servers (NGINX, Apache, Tomcat).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, GKE/EKS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton, GitLab, Harness).
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Git-based source control proficiency (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server familiarity.
• Monitoring/logging tools: Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Support build, test, deployment, and monitoring in cloud-hosted infra.
• Assist with software releases, infrastructure management, configurations, and connectivity.
• Monitor and optimize system performance with tools like Datadog, Splunk, Grafana.
• Collaborate across development, QA, and operations to improve workflows.
• Ensure security practices are integrated into pipelines and infra (DevSecOps).
• Troubleshoot issues across dev and prod environments.
• Modernize legacy systems with cloud-native services and automation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Cloud Build, Harness).
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, YAML, ArgoCD, Helm.
• Deploy/manage containerized apps with Kubernetes/OpenShift/GKE/EKS and Cloud Run(Knative).
