Responsibilities

• Govern Salesforce deployments using Copado and enforce quality gates.
• Coordinate release calendars, environment refreshes, and risk mitigation.
• Manage production and non-production environments with Salesforce sandbox strategy.
• Implement and maintain Git-based workflows across Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML/Classic).
• Drive IaC with Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
• Enforce security, quality, and compliance in deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
• Document configurations, deployment procedures, and operations standards.
• Ensure releases meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
• Continuously improve release management through automation and standardization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
