GRVTY is seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced development team in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure management, automation, and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability of services.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience with AWS (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, Bash scripting, Python, and Big Data technologies, with a background in edge and on-prem deployments. Mentorship and leadership are valued at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in AWS (EKS) and on-prem/edge deployments.
• Automation of deployment processes ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Management of Kubernetes containers and cloud infra on AWS.
• Collaboration with dev teams to integrate applications into infrastructure.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS.
• Support development and deployment of non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure of on-premise and portable equipment.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate their applications into the infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues as necessary.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, continuously exploring new ways to improve our infrastructure.
• Seamlessly transition between hands-on execution and team guidance, treating mentorship and team leadership as inherent components of senior-level impact.
