Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate and scale customer networks in a Virginia-based environment. You will deploy AWS resources, build CI/CD pipelines, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to support a secure, scalable development workflow.

You will collaborate with software, systems, and data engineers to deliver automated, compliant infrastructure and processes. The role emphasizes automation, security, and operational excellence within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps or related full stack experience.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Bash.
• Hands-on AWS and Linux systems design experience.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and provision AWS resources for scalable architecture.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/GitHub.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, patching, and security hardening.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes/EKS clusters for reliability.
